Avocado Frozen Yogurt

Ice cream with all the flavor, but without the extra fat and sugar! Avocado adds a unique and creamy texture to this heart-healthy treat.



1 Large Ripe Avocado
2 cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk of Choice
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Honey


  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth in a food processor or blender.
  2. Either add to ice cream maker, or simply transfer mixture to an airtight container and allow to freeze for about 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
