“Cheesy” Cauliflower

Nutritional Yeast adds a "cheesy" flavor to this awesome cauliflower snack or side dish.




1 Large Cauliflower Head
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
Dash Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast. You Can Add a Little More If You Want Them Extra "Cheesy"


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Wash and clean the cauliflower. Cut off and discard the stem. Cut the cauliflower up into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, onion powder, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. Add the cauliflower pieces and thoroughly coat each piece.
  3. Place cauliflower pieces onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for one hour, turning periodically during cooking until each piece has a nice brown coloring. Remove from oven and enjoy!
