Chili Lime Mango Popsicle

Ingredients:


2-3 cup Fresh or Frozen Mango, Chopped
1 Small Lime, for the Juice
1/4 cup Mango Juice
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
Dash Cayenne Pepper

Directions:


  1. In a small bowl, combine together 1 cup mango and about 1/2 tsp chili powder and mix well. Place a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each popsicle mold.
  2. Puree the remaining mango slices, lime juice, mango juice, chili powder, and cayenne to taste. Fill the molds with the puree and freeze!
