The ultimate refreshing treat on a hot summer day, chock-full of fresh produce.



1 Large English Cucumber
1 Medium Lemon
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
1 cup Fresh Raspberries



    1. In a food processor, combine cucumber, lemon, mint, and agave nectar
    2. Pour cucumber mixture into popsicle molds and fill halfway. Add a few raspberries and place molds into the freezer. 
    3. Freeze for 20 minutes until popsicles start to freeze. Insert wooden popsicle sticks. Add another layer of cucumber mixture and top with a few more raspberries.
    4. Freeze for 3 hours until the popsicles are solid.
