These simple, healthy grape leaves are easy to make and are packed with flavor! Try pairing them with some homemade hummus for a tasty snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:


3 Dozen Grape Leaves
3 Large Onions, Finely Chopped
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Brown Rice
1 cup Fresh Dill
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
3 Tbsp Pine Nuts
2 Medium Lemons, 
Juiced and Grated
Dash
Salt and Pepper


Directions:


  1. Rinse grape leaves and set on paper towel to dry.
  2. Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Place grape leaves shiny side down and put 1-2 TBSP of rice mixture in the center of each leaf. Fold sides to the center, then roll them up tightly. Enjoy!
