Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients:


2 lbs Flank Steak
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
6 Cloves Garlic, Peeled and Chopped
3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper


Directions:


 

  1. In a large plastic bag or bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and rosemary leaves.
  2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, and then add to marinade mixture. Allow meat to marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Add steak to outdoor grill or grill pan on stovetop for about 8-10 minutes, or until desired temperature/doneness.
