Homemade granola and dried fruit make a great snack anytime!

Ingredients:


3 cups Rolled Oats (Not Instant)
2 cups Chopped Almonds or Other Nuts or Seeds
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 cup Raisins or Other Dried Fruit Such as Blueberries or Cranberries


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large rimmed baking tray with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine the oats, nuts, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix the canola oil and honey and pour onto oat mixture.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. After it cools, add the dried fruit.

 


Makes 8 Cups.
