1 cup Frozen Mango
1/2 cup Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Chia Seeds


  1. Dish Greek yogurt into a small bowl, and chia seeds in another.
  2. Poke mango bits with toothpick/small skewer and dip in yogurt, then chia.
  3. Place on non-stick baking sheet or a plate and freeze for at least an hour. Enjoy!
