Top your favorite whole-wheat pasta or zucchini noodles with this quick and easy pesto made with vitamin-packed peas!



1/2 cups Basil, Packed
1/2 cup Italian Parsley
1 cup Green Peas, Frozen, Thawed
4 Large Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1 Small Lemon, Juiced
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil 


  1. In a food processor, add basil, Italian parsley, peas, garlic, pine nuts, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and salt.
  2. While food processor is running, add in olive oil.
  3. Blend until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for later use.
