Quinoa Veggie Bowl

Simple Stir Fry

Make this quinoa veggie bowl your own by adding or substituting your favorite veggies!



2 cups Cooked Quinoa
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/2 cup Onion, Sliced
1 cup Zucchini, Chopped
1 cup Broccoli, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 cups Bok Choy
1 cup Fresh Bean Sprout
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 cup Snow Peas
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil


  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the peppers and onion, stirring constantly.
  2. While continuing to stir, add zucchini, broccoli, garlic, and teriyaki sauce.
  3. Next, add the bok choy, sprouts, salt and pepper. Stir in snow peas and sesame oil and remove from heat. Serve immediately over cooked quinoa. Enjoy!
