Energy bites are perfect for a quick, on-the-go snack, or pre- or post-workout!

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
4 Pitted Medjool Dates
1/2 cup Raw Cashews or Sunflower Seeds for a Nut Free Version
1 cup Shredded Coconut


Directions:


  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse at high speed until well combined.
  2. Use your hands to shape into balls. Either leave as they are or roll in coconut or cacao. Place in the fridge to set.
