Crazy for Coffee!
Is it okay to drink coffee every day? Is coffee a nutritious choice? How much caffeine is too much caffeine? These are all questions we get on a regular basis – and they are good questions to ask! Studies show that 64% of American adults consume coffee every day and consume about 146 BILLION cups each year – now that’s a lot of coffee!
While there are pros and cons to this popular morning beverage, overall 1-2 cups of coffee each day has its benefits. A moderate caffeine intake can improve mental alertness to help keep you focused, and increase adrenaline levels, providing a physical energy boost!
While drinking coffee is definitely the most popular form of consumption, we got creative with our new favorite organic and sustainable Wandering Bear Coffee to incorporate it into our mornings in a few different ways!
