Ingredients:


1 Large Head Cauliflower
2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled and Smashed
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
Dash of Salt and Pepper


Directions:


  1. Steam and puree cauliflower. Heat oil and add garlic, stir until softened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer cauliflower to food processor, and blend until creamy. Add in garlic, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
