Ingredients:


1 Package Buckwheat Asian Noodles (Make Sure 100% Buckwheat)
1/2 cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Gluten Free Tamari
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Hot Pepper Oil
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 cup Red Cabbage
1/2 lb Green Beans
1 Large Red Pepper


Directions:


  1. Cook buckwheat noodles according to package directions.
  2. Whisk together sesame seeds, sesame oil, tamari, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and hot pepper oil.
  3. Combine noodles and all veggies, chopped, in a bowl and mix in sesame seed sauce mixture.
