Ingredients:


3 cups Green Peas, Frozen, Thawed
1 tsp Garlic, Crushed
1/2 cup Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tsp Cumin, Ground
1 Small Tomato, Chopped
4 Large Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, Fresh
Dash Salt and Pepper


Directions:


  1. Blend peas, garlic, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer pea mixture into a bowl and add tomato, green onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
