Ingredients:


2 Medium Apples, Sliced and Cored
3 Large Eggs
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Milk or Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Coconut Flour


Directions:


  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut oil, milk, honey, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Once blended, add coconut flour. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Dip apple slices into pancake batter. Coat thoroughly and place on greased skillet. Flip and cook other side.
