Kale chips are SO last season, try this great veggie alternative!



1 Head Green Cabbage
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 
1 TBSP Lemon Zest
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 250˚F
  2. Peel cabbage leaves and trim the stem down the center. 
  3. Tear the leaves into about 2 inch by 3 inch pieces. 
  4. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese (if desired).
  5. Put the cabbage on a wire rack inside of a baking sheet. 
  6. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until cabbage is golden.


Dietary Considerations: 

  • To make dairy-free or vegan, eliminate parmesan and replace with 1 tsp garlic powder
