Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Low-Carb and Fiber-Rich Pizza

Ingredients:


2 cups Grated Cauliflower, Raw
2 Large Eggs, Beaten
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray parchment paper with nonstick spray.
  3. Grate cauliflower (by hand or use a food processor) and place in a large bowl and microwave covered with a paper towel for 7-8 minutes or until soft. Remove from microwave and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, and spices. Spread evenly on parchment paper or pizza stone.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden. Remove from oven and add sauce and pizza toppings as desired.
  6. Place back in oven until cheese melts.
