Ingredients:


12 oz Cooked Chicken Breast, Chopped
1/2 cup Sliced Celery
1/2 cup Plain, Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
8 Large Collard Leaves, Cleaned 
1 cup Fresh, Dark Sweet Cherries, Quartered 
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds, Toasted


Directions:


  1. In medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, celery, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture onto collard leaves.
  3. Top with cherries and almonds.
