Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:


1 lb Chicken Breast
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Dash Salt and Pepper
2 Large Egg Whites, Beaten (May Use Egg Substitute)
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 cup Bran Flakes or Corn Flakes


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pound chicken flat with a tenderizer and cut into strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and spices. In a second bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, crush and combine bran flakes with bread crumbs.
  3. Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then egg, then bread crumbs. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
