Cucumber & Strawberry Summer Salad

This crisp and refreshing seasonal salad is a beautiful addition to any summer BBQ!



6 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, Non-Fat, Plain
6 Tbsp Mayonnaise, Made with Olive Oil
4 tsp  Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Poppy Seeds
2 Large English Cucumbers, Sliced or Spiralized
4 Cups Strawberries, Sliced
1/2 cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled



  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and poppy seeds.
  2. In a serving bowl, add cucumbers, strawberries, and feta.
  3. Pour poppy seed dressing over salad, and toss well to combine.
