6 oz Grilled Chicken (or Steak or Shrimp)
1/2 cup Lettuce, Shredded
1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
1/2 Ripe Avocado, Chopped

Additional Optional Toppings:
Black Beans
Low Fat Sour Cream
Shredded Low-Fat Cheese


  1. Chop lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
  2. Layer all ingredients in the corn tortillas. Serve with chicken, steak or shrimp, and low fat sour cream.
