Try pairing these gluten-free pancakes with fresh berries and/or maple syrup!



2 Ripe Bananas
1 Large Egg
1 ½ Tbsp Nut Butter (Sunflower Seed Butter, Peanut Butter, Almond Butter)


  1. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Stir in nut butter.
  4. Pour batter on top of a greased skillet (use canola or coconut oil to coat).
  5. Lightly cook on each side and serve immediately.
