5.4 oz Coconut Cream, Unsweetened
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk, Vanilla Flavored
2 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Line an 8x8" brownie pan with parchment paper both ways. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread it out with a spatula. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to help get rid of air bubbles. Cover and place in freezer overnight.
- When completely frozen, slice into 1x1 inch cubes. Keep in freezer until ready to enjoy!
