Healthy Homemade Crackers

This gluten-free cracker is a crowd pleaser every time! Update your cheese board with this quick and simple recipe.



1 cup Sunflower Seeds
3/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1 tsp Salt
1½ cup Water
1 TBSP Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F
  2. Add the first 7 ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well and let the mixture settle for about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir the mixture a few more times and then pour on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the mixture about 1/4 inch thick, making sure it is evenly spread so it cooks evenly. Sprinkle 1 TBSP sesame seasoning.
  5. Place tray in the oven for about 1 hour. 
  6. Remove from oven and top with remaining sesame seasoning. Allow the sheet to cool completely and crack in bite sized pieces.
