Try these creamy treats loaded with chia seeds - full of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:


1 ¾ cups Lite Coconut Milk, Canned
3/4 cup Coconut Milk Substitute
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
3 Small Kiwis, Peeled and Sliced

 


Directions:


    1. Stir together canned and coconut milk alternative, chia seeds, and agave
    2. Place kiwi in popsicle molds. Use a knife to press kiwi to the side of the mold.
    3. Gently pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours until popsicles start to freeze. Insert wooden popsicle sticks.
    4. Freeze for 2 hours until the popsicles are solid.
