Kiwi Lime Sorbet

Try this tangy and delicious summer refresher full of Vitamins C and E.

Ingredients:


10 Small Kiwis, Peeled and Halved
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Lime Juice

 


Directions:


    1. Place kiwi in blender, and pulse 3-4 times. 
    2. Add sugar and lime juice and pulse 6-8 additional times. NOTE: Be careful not to over blend as the kiwi seeds will break resulting in a brown color. 
    3. Gently pour mixture into a freezer bag, removing any air from inside of the bag. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
    4. Once mixture is frozen, use YONANAS ice cream maker or other blender to form into sorbet.
