Throw these simple ingredients together for a quick and tasty post-workout bite!

Ingredients:


1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup fresh coconut flakes
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:


  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
