Grab some of your pantry essentials and make this quick and easy nutrient-packed bite!



2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Canned Organic Pumpkin
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup 100 % Pure Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)


  1. Pulse all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor until well-mixed.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Freeze until solid and store in the freezer or refrigerator.
