Strawberry Banana Oat Muffins

3 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Large Eggs
1/3 cup Fresh Strawberries, Chopped
3 Ripe Mashed Bananas
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Mash the bananas with the rolled oats. Add and mix in all remaining ingredients, leaving the strawberries for last.
  2. Scoop into your muffin mold about 2/3 full and bake for about 25 minutes.
