Sweet Teriyaki Fish Skewers

Ingredients:


Fish Skewers:

8 Pre-Soaked Bamboo Skewers
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 lb Cod Fillet Cut into 3 cm Cubes (or Other Fish Such as Halibut or Salmon)
1 Tbsp Canola Oil

Optional Sides:

Brown Rice
Vegetables of Choice


Directions:


  1. Mix teriyaki and garlic in a bowl. Add fish and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. Thread fish onto the skewers. Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook skewers 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve warm with rice and vegetables.
