Ingredients:


1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast; Cut into 2-Inch Chunks
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Dash Salt and Pepper


Directions:


  1. Thread 3 pieces of chicken on each skewer. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken skewers on grill so that they are not touching. Cover grill. Grill chicken until cooked through, 6-8 minutes, turning once.
  2. Serve hot or at room temperature with your favorite dipping sauce. Serve with frozen broccoli or side salad and brown rice.
