Tracy Lesht, MS, RD, LDN is registered dietitian with an extensive clinical nutrition background. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidenced-based nutrition therapy and helping others achieve their optimal health through simple lifestyle changes.

Tracy earned her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Tracy also completed her dietetic internship with New York University at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Tracy has a strong background in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling through her experience as a clinical dietitian at New York-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. Through her years working at New York’s #1 Hospital, she has gained extensive experience applying medical nutrition therapy across a diverse urban population with complex medical conditions. She is skilled in nutrition counseling for a variety of conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes/pre-diabetes, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders and prevention of disease.

Tracy has experience working with corporate wellness initiatives doing group talks and wellness seminars. She has been featured in numerous publications including U.S News & World Report, Shape, Prevention, Everyday Health, Reader’s Digest, Fox News, The Zoe Report, and Johnson & Johnson. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In her free time, Tracy loves to try a new fitness class, trial new recipes, explore new restaurants and travel.
