All you need is a few hours in the crockpot to make this meal as delicious as your favorite restaurant - full of flavor and lower in fat!

Ingredients:


1 lb Grass Fed Stew Beef
1 Cup Beef Stock, Low Sodium
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 TBSP Water
Fresh Broccoli Florets (As Many as Desired)
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds


Directions:


  1. Place beef in crock pot.
  2. In a small bowl, combine stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. In a cup, stir cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. Blanch broccoli florets and add to the crock pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes on high or until thickened. Serve over hot, cooked brown rice or quinoa. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if desired).
