Try this quick pizza for a twist to your typical - fiber filled and delicious!



1 large Sprouted Grain Pizza Crust - Try Flatzza 
1 can Refried Black Beans - avoid brands that contain lard
1 cup Shredded Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves, Wilted
1/2 cup Fresh Jalapeños, Sliced (OPTIONAL)


  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Spread black beans on top of pizza. 
  3. Top with remaining ingredients
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes
