We love this classic chia pudding rich in velvety coconut -- sweet and satisfying!



8 oz Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut


  1. Mix coconut milkchia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, and stir again so that the chia seeds are well distributed.
  2. Cover and let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with shredded coconut or your topping of choice, and enjoy!
