2 cups Canned Garbanzo Beans, Drained and Rinsed
2 Sprigs Fresh Dill
1/2 Large English Cucumber, Chopped
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Tahini


  1. Blend garbanzo beans, dill, cucumber, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Scoop mixture into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend until serving.
