Dirty Chai Energy Bites

The perfect on-the-go breakfast with a boost of energy!



1 1/4 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled oats
1/2 cup Wandering Bear Dirty Chai Coffee
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg


  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, cold brew coffee, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, mix together chia spices: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg. Add and mix into the oats mixture.
  2. Add in nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
  3. Using a spoon, scoop out about 2 Tbsp of mixture and roll between palms to shape into a ball. Makes about 15 energy balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
