- Discard egg yolks from egg whites.
- In a small bowl, add chopped egg whites. Add in Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
- Top with Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Serve with whole-grain crackers, enjoy on top of a salad, or alongside sliced vegetables.
