Peach Caprese Skewers

Start the party with an easy and elegant appetizer featuring a sweet summer staple: the peach!




8 oz Fresh Mozzarella - Perlini  or "pearl-shaped"
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon
1 Ripe Fresh Peach
24 Small Basil Leaves
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
Dash Salt and Pepper
24 Small Skewers or Toothpicks


  1. Drain fresh mozzarella and toss with olive oil, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut peach in half, remove the pit, then cut each half into 4 slices, and each slice into 3 pieces. You should have 24 total.
  3. Thread each toothpick with 1 piece fresh mozzarella, 1 basil leaf, and one piece of peach.
  4. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, garnish with a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
