Pistachio-Crusted Salmon

4, 4-ounce Salmon Filets
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Honey
1/4 cup Grapefruit Juice
1/2 cup Pistachios
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper


  1. Place salmon filets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a food processor, add olive oil, honey, grapefruit juice, pistachios and paprika. Pulse until a chunky paste forms.
  3. Spread topping over salmon filets and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
