1/3 cup 100% Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup White Beans, Rinsed and Drained (IE: Garbanzo, Navy, Great Northern, Baby Lima or Cannellini beans)
1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Vanilla Flavored
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch Nutmeg
1 TBSP Blackstrap Molasses
1 TBSP 100% Pure Maple Syrup
4 Small Ice Cubes


  1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency.
