3-4 cups Baby Romaine or Any Baby Greens
1 pint Sliced Strawberries
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta

Poppy Seed Dressing:

1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Made with Olive Oil)
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1/4 cup Skim Milk


  1. Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, and skim milk together in a bowl. Set to the side.
  2. Combine greens, strawberries, almonds, and feta in a large bowl. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
