Sweet and Savory Pork Chops

Peaches, Pecans & Pork...Oh my!

Our sweet and savory pork chops are loaded with protein and seasonal flavors in this easy one-pan dish!

Ingredients:


4 Large Boneless Pork Chops
2 TBSP Grass-Fed Butter, Unsalted
1 Large Peach, Sliced
1/2 cup Pecans, Chopped
1 TBSP Chopped, Fresh Mint
2 TBSP Brown Sugar


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Season the pork with salt and pepper on both sides. 
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced peaches and cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove peaches from pan and place in a bowl. Gently fold in brown sugar, pecans, and fresh mint. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side
  5. Cover skillet with foil and move to preheated oven. Bake for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150º F.
  6. Allow cooked pork chops to rest for an additional 10 minutes. Pour peach mixture over the pork chops. Serve immediately.
