Toasted Pita Chips with Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip:

1 Ripe Avocado
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp salt
Dash Cumin

Toasted Pita Chips:

1-2 Large Pita Bread Rounds
1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and a dash of cumin and stir to combine.
  2. Make your own toasted pita chips by slicing pita bread into wedges, brushing them with olive oil, and baking in 350° oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
