We know there are plenty of “free” meal plans out there already. So, why should you choose us? Because we’re the experts! With a strong background in nutrition and culinary arts, we know a thing or two about  nutritious, delicious food. Plus, our plans are CUSTOMIZED. Unlike free plans, we take your needs and preferences into account when we build your menu. 

Here’s how it works!

Step 1: Choose your Service

Option 1: The Customized Meal Plan. A 7-day meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with recipes included. 

Option 2: The Just Dinner Meal Plan. A 7-day meal plan that includes dinner ideas only with recipes included. 

Step 2: Choose a Plan

Option 1: One Week Meal Plan - A singular, one-week meal plan

Option 2: Five Meal Plans - Five, one-week meal plans

Option 3: Ten Meal Plans - Ten, one-week meal plans

Step 3: Fill out our Form

Once you’ve chosen your service, we’ll send you an online intake form. This form helps us get to know you, your food preferences, and your needs. You’ll fill it out and then we’ll set up a time to chat for 20-30 minutes to go over the form and address any other questions you may have. After that, you’ll get your meal plan sent directly to your inbox! Ready to get started?
